All our jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 10/15 business days for your order to be completed before shipping. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days of shipping. International orders are delivered within 2 weeks of shipping, depending upon the destination and customs processing. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. If you require your order in a rush, please contact us to inquire about priority or express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline and shipping charges may apply.

We shipping in Europe and outside Europe with world's leading mail and logistics services Group. ( rates are based on standard shipping. Unless you require priority or express shipping - see above).

Return policy

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of delivery. Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer + you will be billed prior to your exchange being shipped. Buyer takes responsibility for lost packages, please insure your exchange for the price of the jewelry.
